I swear…I’ve gotten to the point where 95% of the stuff I watch on YouTube…IS THIS GUY… This looks un-freakin-believable… But man oh man is there some labor involved with good cooking… I’m in my mid-50’s, am the cook of the house and I love it…And I’m learning more and more all the time from this channel…Huge thanks my man…keep up the awesome work..

You make an excellent point that actually has me very interested in more information now...when it comes to cookware, how do I know when to use non-stick vs. Stainless steel? I've tried cooking with stainless and massacre everything I cook because it always sticks. Help?!
