All life is intricately woven together by the very fibers of Spirit within each of us. By honoring our relationship to all life and deepening our understanding of this sacred link we are each able to become better stewards choosing how to bring beauty, intention & positive change to our precious home ~ Earth.
This song “Canto de la Selva" is dedicated to our beloved Earth Mother, Pachamama ~ as a prayer for the healing of her sacred lands, waters and our beloved animal relatives. The performance was recorded live at Lightning in a Bottle (LiB) Music festival in California - May 2016.
“Canto de la Selva” is a preview of the forthcoming new LIVE album, to be released later this summer. The album will include live performance videos of songs captured from both Lightning in a Bottle (LiB) Music festival in California - May 2016 and Unify Fest in New Mexico - September 2016.
Profound gratitude to my dear friend & ally, Aubrey Marcus, who generously contributed footage from the documentary film, Ayahuasca for use in this musical offering. Deep love & thanks to all my familia and friends who contributed their time, love and energy to this production and prayer. Mitakuye Oyasin~
In Poranguí’s signature World Soul style, he creates music live using analogue hardware loopers & fx pedals, indigenous instruments & his voice, all the while remaining improvisational tuning into the energy of the audience & space. Poranguí bridges worlds building an entirely unique soundscape from scratch, as no two performances are ever alike.
