Cop here…They work great…I have used the cutter to cut an industrial zip tie off someone’s neck (took some effort). And used the breaker to pop a window to get someone out of a car who wasn’t cooperating. Took 3 “punches” though, not sure if the tint had something to do with it. Just FYI, it did shatter but the tint film still held the window together. Had to hit it out with a baton.
