This first response to the question sounds a lot like… why should we hire you? Tell me about yourself?….. I’m thinking, just tell the story of how you got to where you are while mentioning your mission, values, visions. Thanks for the video.

When you tell something about yourself, I do think that it's good to highlight all the best qualities and traits that you have but you have to show & mention actual events and situations in your life/career where you showed and exemplified those qualities. You have to backup your claims. These experiences give substance to your words and they paint a better picture of who you are and what you are capable of doing. This will help the panel of interviewers choose you above anyone else.

Thank you to produce such perfect sample video. Is it probable that in some cases the interviewee should give a shorter answers replying "tell me about yourself"?

With all due respect, the way you've answered the 'tell me about yourself' question is completely wrong. Essentially what they're asking is: "go through your cv". The example you've given is more suited to people probably applying for medical school and not a formal doctor post.

Everyone make sentences/paragraphs using a bunch of adjectives saying how the ideal candidate they are.

What they are looking for are things like:
What you've done clinically (where you're working, which departments have u worked in, what did u achieve from these, etc) what you've achieved academically (any research, any audits, any papers that you've published), and finally what u like/do/good at on a personal level.
