I am so pleased its the weekend this week has been a nightmare!!! My kitchen is still a mess we have no power in there and on top of that Graeme came down with Man Flu .........pass me the wine lol.

I’ve bought gammon steaks for the sticky gammon. Can I just chop the steaks and use them once cooked?
