WHOLESOME DAY 13: Seaweed Arms and Whooshing with Weights:

Good morning, everyone! Welcome back to #YogaWithCiara for Day 13 of our wholesome journey! As we continue to explore and deepen our practice, today we focus on familiar movements—Seaweed Arms and the dynamic flow of 'Whooshing'—all enhanced by the gentle resistance of weights.

As always, remember to move with mindfulness. If the weights feel too heavy at any point, it's okay to put them down and continue without them. Today, let's honor our bodies' messages and adapt as needed, embodying the essence of wholesomeness in every gesture.

Today's session opens up with aromatherapy to set our intention and calm the mind, preparing us for a series of movements that invite both strength and grace into our morning.
