Well what you need to do is 👇🏻

1.Go through summary of chapter.Do not read entire information which is not important . Either watch summary from YouTube in 2x speed or study the summary from a website. Also give only 30–40 mins max for videos videos.

You have to complete 1 chapters in 2 hours
30 to 40 minutes for summary videos and 80 to 90 minutes for understanding concepts by yourself and solving questions and past year questions.

2. Make a proper study session routine, you have to do a 5 study session in day 2 hours each .
Use this study session routine 👇🏻
•2 hours after waking up
•2 hours after breakfast
•2 hours after lunch
•2 hours after before dinner
•2 hours after dinner

This is only recommended when there’s urgency to study the chapters quickly. I highly recommend to devote high weightage chapters .

Toppers also tried this before 1 or 2 month of exam . But they actually learn everything from their syllabus .

Ok now let's think practically
If you didn't study a chapter for even once it might take 2-3 days to complete but if you did the chapter already then you just have to revise it and it takes approx 30 to 45 mins . And most importantly no. of revisions is matter because the more revision you did = then next time the same chapter will take only 10 mins .
And it's not practical to do 5 chapters in a day ( revision of 5 chapters is possible).

I think it has to do with how many pages the chapter has and how much of the chapter we learned in class before we read it.

This was literally what I was currently doing. It's 1:35am for me and I studied 6 chapters in 12 hours and tomorrow is my last exam so I can't wait😆
