Also prioritise your physical health as it's help in proper concentrations & relaxation both physically cum mentally. 1) exercise regularly. 2) Take frequent breaks in each 1 hr of session bcoz it's maintain productivity. N.B- In each hr session work- 45 mins. Break= 15 mins. 3) Eat & sleep well.

thanks a lot, these rly help me, and also one tip id like to share with y'all is to make a mind map of the chapter. the mind map is basically an informative sheet of paper with all ur topics and sub topics written in order according to the lesson ur studying. u shall write the concepts step by step in an a4 sheet and it will be helpful to remember and go through it easily. and also don't forget to write them in ur own words after reading the lesson thoroughly and this will help to revise or glance at ur whole chapter just in one sheet. And a pro tip: try using red ink r red colour pen to write important words, cuz scientifically its proven that red colour makes a deep impact on us and this will help u to remember the things u have written down.
