I was introduced to this from a young lady from Windom which isn’t very far there back in the late 1980s. It amazed me then and still today.

This is the part of Minnesota I miss and love. The most recent news (last few years) is disheartening. I really enjoy being able to be happy to say I'm from Minnesota instead of "America" As I'm outside of the country.

"There are more than 8, 000 Native American carvings on this piece of Sioux quartzite rock, some of them 10, 000 years old, or more." Makes me want to investigate for myself - so the glaciers retreated 14, 000 years ago? What was the climate like 10, 000 years ago in Jeffers?
