As a German I could never wrap my head around the idea of mac n cheese (it just doesn’t sound good and any I’ve tasted, even homemade, were not good) but this looks delicious!! I would make that for myself!!

For a second I thought he was just going to serve that with nothing else and the nutritionist in me was freaking out and then I saw the plate and I'm proud of the plate Just saying. That plate looks balanced it looks healthy. It's not about what you eat it's what you mix it with and how much.
