Nikon D7300 4K Leak, Death of D500 & Canon SL2 Coming Soon?

Recent leaked news hit the industry of the Nikon D7300 possibly having 4K video, pretty much the same features of the Nikon D500. Will the D7300 being anywhere close to the D500 be the death of the highly sought camera? Canon news as well, the SL2 is slated to be announced in the next few months as well. Is this big news? Maybe not, but the Canon SL1 was a very popular camera because of its easy of use and very small, palm like size.
Are any of these worth discussing? Is the D7300 and the D7000 line of cameras worthless? Is the SL2 a big deal once confirmed? Let me know down in the comments below.
