Equipment I use: I’ve used both a camera and a phone at different times. Portably I usually use a Sony ZV-1 with a Diety D-4 Duo mic, a Ulanzi wide angle lens mounted on a Ulanzi flexible mini-tripod equipped with a Ulanzi Quick Release. When I use my iPhone I use it with a Joby GorillaPod, Movo VXR10 mic, and a Ulanzi quick release. I also have a Sony VLOGging mini-tripod, and my main tripod (full size tripod) is a MacTrem Professional.

OVERALL SUMMARY
I made these videos to document my experience eating a diet termed the “Lion Diet” by Mikhaila Peterson, daughter of Jordan Peterson, who introduced this diet to my thinking.  Lion Diet is a strict version of the Carnivore diet that only allows for ruminant meat, salt, and water.  I am not a nutrition expert or doctor, but I hope you will find my story enjoyable and informational.

Sorted Food YT channel and Sous Vide Everything(Guga) YT channel both did reviews of the ChefMaker. Neither had anything bad to say and both like the crusts that the appliance created. Seems like a winner.

I got this air fryer. I don't like the inserts being nonstick. So I purchased a set of stainless steel air fryer baskets. Three stackable baskets works out perfectly. One basket is for air frying at the bottom. Two baskets stacked together are for cooking the steaks via Chef Mode because it's at the same height as their basket where I would normally put my ribeye. I really like my Dreo ChefMaker.

Ya sold me, haha! This would make a great wedding gift for a couple in an apartment or home without an exhaust fan. No oven/ broiler cleaning or fat splattering over the stove top. And the result looks good cooking with a probe is essential. I have a probe in my oven.
