Empty nester here, and I tried this recipe last week and it was fabulous. I did broil mine on the bottom and the top as I like more of a char. Haven’t tried yet, but want to put my steak rack in to see if I can do 2 levels of ribs at the same time. Thanks for your video. Love my Chefmaker!!

Thanks for doing something other than steak, chicken or lamb! Please do one on veggies. No one else has. I'm probably going to smoke ribs for an hour on Sat. or Sun. Keep it in the fridge and then cook them during the week.
