I'm a 3 war conflict Veteran 26 years service I'm have trouble clearing my mind. I fall asleep and wake between 3 to 4 in morning and can't go back to sleep. I have tried and listened to everything nothing help so far. I have even tried meds nothing helps. I have other medical issues also. I feel like so alone dealing with this. I'm 76 years old. I just run into your meditation I will give it a try. I have ask God to heip me. Been dealing with this for over 2 years. I pray everyday for those who can't sleep.

Love these types of dreamy bedtime stories that are reminiscent of childhood! I remember when I was a little girl about 8 or 9y/o and would have sleepovers with my neighborhood friends, we'd all be snuggled up in bed and my friends would always beg me, as we lay sleepily in the dark, to tell stories of "Magic World". Magic World stories were stories I made up as I went along that were very much like these of magical places filled with fairies and unicorns, beautiful woods and castles and lakes. Such comforting, nostalgic memories your stories bring me 💜

I love this. I've done many sleep meditations but they don't work. I think because I know I'm supposed to sleep, whereas I try to stay awake to listen to the story, so far I've only got to the mushroom path.
