Entangled Seal Wriggles Herself out of Net

Antoine crawls as close to the seals as possible, hoping to avoid detection. As soon as the first seal starts moving towards the ocean, all the others follow immediately to avoid the predator - but Antoine is close and fast enough to reach the entangled seal on time. He scoops her of the water and removes a small loop of white packing strap from her neck. It could have been a piece of packing strap from a box of frozen fish or any other industrial or household item.

She is strong and wriggles herself out of the rescue net, and jumps back into the cold water, unharmed. 🦭

I was so worried the seal would get away before rescue but I'm glad I was wrong.

The small packing strap is for very heavy things like auto parts and etc. need strong strapping to ship very heavy small items. Boxes alone just come apart. Awesome catch!
