He makes a good point. The rhetoric is that "full hip past knee squats are in and 90 degree is old" is on the internet when are we talking about general mobility or lifting heavy and powerful. I don't think it is recommended to lift heavy past 90

Strength not health.( strength is never a weakness, I do belive fully, but..) That's why I hate idea of "optimization of the body". You can be a lot of different things, BUT.. in this moment you can only be you. Who do you want that to be? Pursue that idea, just know what your after.

Ben focuses on overall muscle health. All of Joel Seedman’s athletes have a history of injury and training with him. Look it up. I think joel is more about performance strength than health.
