Ask the CEO to send a photo of their passport in order for you to send their money back. Then tell them it's too blurry.

Them asking for info when you're requesting withdraw is illegal according to the UKGC btw. My friend (UK) had this happen to him as well. He didn't wanna upload a picture of his passport due to insecurity of being a fatty at the time, so he literally reported them to the UKGC and eventually got his money without having to send a single document.

When you are asked for the second withdrawal to be sent back to them, make sure you give them some checks and reject those a few times too :)

The reason I think they intentionally say it’s too blurry is to prolong the process and get you to play. They will sometimes wait 12 hours or more to let you repeat process and before you know it, it’s been a week and you have 100 perfectly
