I’m always saving leftovers as well...shoot hard earned money was used to buy that and for it to be used instead of going to the landfill to rot is better for all of us. I’m enjoying watch the off grid cabin take shape and watching it being done by your two hands and the Good Lord Almighty given you the strength and knowledge to get it all done. You are teaching these young bucks how to do it right! Thanks for always sharing your progress. Take care and God bless! 🙏🏻🇺🇸🔥❤️🙌🏻

Good thinking for the extra counter space. I like keeping it imperfect to remind her of you. I'll have to share that with my wife.

Very nice. Steve made cutting boards for his kids out of our old island counter top.

Good idea on the sink board. Nothing better than working with wood, or watching I guess is 2nd best. That foam sheathing is good stuff👍thanks for the vid

People would sometimes use whatever they could find for insulation. I've seen burlap feed sacks and newspaper used before too. Great work Duke it's looking great.

Howdy Brother Duke- a feller can always use up leftover material and put it to good use. Landfills are full of stuff that could have been used and not wasted. We live in a wasteful society nowadays. Young people ain’t taught how to be conservative no more. Take care and God bless y’all

Thanks for sharing brother Duke. I see I must have taken up saving pieces of projects from you. Something else that one of us passed on. Not sure if it was you to me, or me to you. I used the left-over strips of foamboard insulation in different places of the bunny barn. Bunnies are probably glad I did, as it is supposed to be 12 degrees tonight and the wind is just howling.
Love and blessings to you and your family.
