Thanks for your video. Would be great if you put the amount of water, brewing temperature, amount of coffee and grinding size at the beginning of the video and (or) in the description

What about multiple pours? I haven't tried with two I usually do five pours in 3:30 minutes. Similar to what I do on V60.

Thank you! I love my Chemex! What grinder brand and model do you suggest for the best grind for my Chemex? (both electric and manual grinders.) Thank you.

Lovely tutorial. Just one question, you say that the bloom pour is 40 mls. Do you mean grams or milli liters?

But the waste liquid; is the pulling short on extraction beneficial to taste?

Hello, I'd like to know how many ml of coffee are left after you have removed the filter. I've seen your poured 300ml, but I guess part of this water remains in the filter, then I'm wondering how much coffee to drink you can actually prepare with the dosage you suggested.
I'm asking because I'm wondering if it's better to buy the 3cups or the 6cups for two persons.
Thanks a lot!

I have both the 3 cup and also 6 and 8 cup brewers and no matter what I do the coffee always overextracts in the 3 cup brewer probably do to the depht of the coffee bed.
Tried different grind sizes and water to coffee ratio without any luck. No problem with larger brewers.

I noticed it's much more narrow than the classic 6 cup classic, has this lead to a difference in how it brews/tastes?

What’s the weight of the grounded coffee ?

Why are you weighing the water on the scale? 1 gram of water is equal to 1 millimeter of water. Why don’t you simply measure the HOH and pour?

You're all using the same shitty video grading which makes coffee look like piss...
