Also, the application does not follow end-to-end encryption which means that if Telegram wants they can see the messages which are sent across on the platform.

Seeing this many countries have already banned the application and Indian Government has also started investigating about the same. There are allegation of linkage with NEET paper leak and stock market manipulation.
