I have ordered the Christian Standard Bible in the Quentel in the Imperial blue cover. The PSQ in NKJV. And NASB 95.
CSB and NASB my favourites right now. And NKJV.

Oh man this British tan is gorgeous! I was wanting to get a red ESV Quentel but it’s so red everywhere. Haha. I want this color now.

The format of the Quentel is unsurpassed ..both in the layout ..the font size ..and also the references at the bottom and the bottom of the text for the notes.

I love British Tan leather and if I ever get another Schuyler it will be in this colour. Same as my Slate Canterbury, the page edge colour is a beautiful pink....a rose pink..it's not red even though they say it is! Never read a CSB but it sounds nice. I've a dark purple NKJV Quentel and its a good Bible.

Nelson Premier now also has a format that is almost identical to the Quentel and so that is also now on 36 GSM paper and it is very nice especially in the blue goatskin. Same 11 point font.

I have the Quentel in The New American Standard Bible and also have ordered the King James version in the Canterbury by Schuyler. It may be that THIS will be my next purchase .

thanks so much for this review .

I'm still not sure about the personal size Quentel because I'm not sure it would be big enough for my eyes but I do have the CAMEO in about 8 POINT FONT.
..and it is pretty easy to read mainly because I think it is pretty bold and dark print.

I hope Schuyler keeps this colour . tan

Is British tan going to be a permanent colour ?
I like it. I now have all QUENTELs ... I like ... I have Canterbury in KJV
Great to hear print is darker.

Is the CSB Quentel FONT a bit bolder than other QUENTELs ? As I have heard ?

If there is a 2020 text for the CSB does that mean that the 2017 is obsolete NOW or do you know what the changes are?

The new QUENTEL PRINT looks a bit darker than older one. THANKS for comparison.

THE FIRST QUENTEL I GOT WAS NASB. NOW I HAVE THEM ALL..except NIV... CLASSIC DESIGN, FORMAT, QUALITY MATERIALS. I DON'T USE THEM MUCH. , HOWEVER.

This is a beautiful bible. Still looking for the goldilocks size from Schuyler.

But CBP makes one in a variety of colours. E.g. TURQUOISE reduced FONT in BLUE..or other colours.
8.5 x 5.5 x 1.75 About. I think FONT reduces to about 9. Very readable.
..But THIS IS GOLDILOCKS BIBLE ON DEMAND.
FROM CBP.
Good for them.

Thanks for the review! Can you elaborate on the font boldness mentioned of this CSB vs. the NKJV Quentel? You mentioned the paper is brighter white in the CSB. It seems to me that most CSB fonts (such as in the Verse By Verse CSB) are not bold enough (a negative for my aging eyes). Could you also comment on how much different/bolder (the csb quentel Milo, size being an 11 vs. 10 size font, like in the verse by verse) is? I am curious if it's substantial enough to warrant a CSB Quentel purchase on the paper/ bolder font, alone. I do have a giant print center column reference CSB, which has ghosting paper that distracts and maybe a touch too big of a font. I do believe quality paper PLUS a bolder font (think nkjv comfort print large print reference) is easiest to read, in my opinion, but want it in the CSB translation. Thanks for any input!
