This will forever be a classic 80's tune. I just watched the old 80's video of this song. Lovely young people Singing like angel's. Then I did a search for a live version of this song. I can not tell you how much this feels like stepping into a time machine every time I do this with any artist. It's a bittersweet moment. First the shock of seeing the change in the artists, then noticing how they just can't quite hit those notes like they did back in the day. In the end I am always glad to see them, still out there doing there best and making a whole lot of people happy just to hear the old songs. Thanks, Human League, and thanks to all the artists from my past still giving it there all.

I'm 70 and been a music fan and musician all my life. Grew up in the 60s and 70s, but looking back I always find the 80s the best. Rock was young, fresh and a bit simplistic and pretentious as the 60s developed. 70s was the golden age of the great rock bands and the best of the best from guitar and vocal Gods Clapton, Who, Rod Stewart et al, but the 80s....everything you ever wanted on music - Flash, Glam, Synthesizers, Latin, Reggae, Drums as lead instruments, Punk, and immortal songs that sound as good today as 40 years ago. Lyrics that you can relate to, listen to without cringing, and just fine music and artistry. Throw in AC/DC as the thread to hard driving Rock n Roll, and you'll find the 80's has it all.
