COVID19 Quarantine Pilates Workout

This workout is designed to keep you moving during our current quarantine situation. Please note it is not professional, the sound isn't great and there are a few bloopers, however the content of the workout will get you to move, feel a burn and get your heart rate elevated. This workout is a full body workout and it can be done whether you're a beginner or an intermediate Pilates practitioner, just do what you can and come back to it often.

I've been searching for a good Pilates workout since quarantine and your videos are my favorite. Thank you so much. Please keep them coming... A bit more intense would be also appreciated.

This was an awesome into to pilates for me. Thank you so much for posting these doing some more I may have the courage to try them in person when this craziness is over!
