Today's workout is all about creating long lean lines without having to go anywhere but your home!

This 25-minute workout is intense but won't leave you sweaty. You don't need any equipment, but a mat or a towel.

Aviva Abrams owner of AVIVA PILATES studio in Miami Design District, leads this workout, and you're going to love it.

She focuses on small movements that target muscles that we don't always get to in our regular daily lives that will help to improve posture.

By the end of this workout, you will be feeling more flexible, stronger and tone, and balance the whole body from head to toe.
