It has been described in detail about what is Subchorionic Hemorrhage.
Basically it is the collection of blood between chorion layer of baby and uterus.
It increases the risks of abortion, preterm delivery, placental abruption and still birth.
Usuall it is Diagnosed by ultrasound. Patient may or may not get vaginal bleeding or spotting. Female is advised to do Bed Rest and supportive hormonal treatment is given and is also asked to avoid any exertion.

Mam I am 8 weeks pregnant my age is 33 before this pregnency two missed abortion in 6 months this is my first pregnency starting of this pregnency when i met my gynoclosist she recommended some medicines and after a week she recommended for a ultrasound in 5th weeks then found subchorionic hemorrage then she stopped to take a medicine which name is ecosprin and said to next ultrasound after a week. Next ultrasound in 6 th weeks doctor found no subchrionic collection and everthing was ok .Doctor said next ultrasound after 15 days when next ultrasound done in 8th week then subchrionic hemorrage found again doctor and rediolosist said baby is ok but i am very worry about this what i do please suggest me that what is cause of subchrionic hemorrage which i could stop that work which this problem not repeated again and my pregnency will be a healthy pregnency. My doctor recommended me full bed rest. Please guide me

My wife got bleeding in 5 weeks, immediately I contacted gynecologist and gone for ultrasound. Later on finding was subchorionic collection of size 22*13*8 mm. Dr. asked to take bed rest and medicines such as folic acid, progesterone and HCG injection. I followed and thereafter, there is no issue or any problem so is there any thing to fear. Kindly reply.
