God bless the people affected by this horrible hurricane. Lives lost...some to death, some to not being saved. God bless.

I think H town will start losing people. The constant flooding is ridiculous. Its their fault because they refuse to zone.
I left 7 years ago. I can no longer tolerate the heat and could not find a suitable O & G job to replace the one i had after the company closed.

Thank you all...I live here...city is struggling and...some decisions sure need to be made regarding better preparing, communication and improving power generation and distribution to ALL of the Houston. I got power back in about 3 days, but much of the area still has no power. Unbelievable this has happened AGAIN!! WE CAN AND SHOULD DO BETTER!

I live in Houston off of I-10 and have seen the freeway flood in the past from hurricanes and floods to where the water is overflowing onto the overpass. I am just 50 miles from Galveston/ coast of Gulf of Mexico. I was born and raised in Houston and I have seen many hurricanes, tornadoes 🌪️, floods and other disasters hit the city. I know not to be out in that kind of weather. Hurricane season is from mid March to mid December this year. It is usually around mid June or mid August and ends in mid November.
