number of S4 owners have experienced a smearing or ghosting issue when they are scrolling in menus with a black background. Some report a purple haze on the grey bits of the menu and elsewhere. The effect is more noticeable when the brightness is turned down. Some people have also reported a red tint on black.

Quite a few S4 owners have reported their Wi-Fi connection dropping frequently, and a few are unable to connect at all. The problem with Wi-Fi issues is hardware

I am an Apple fan and I love their products. I didn't know which phone to buy, and finally made my mind and went for the S4 (although I have other Apple products). I'm still an Apple fan and I love their stylish products, but this is what I say now:

Just watched your review I am getting ready to upgrade and I wanted an opinion on what smartphone to buy next. I have a iPhone 4S but I am diabetic with poor eyesight and I need something with a bigger screen. I love the iPhone but I can't wait for Apple to make a bigger screen smartphone. i have a iphone 5 now and apple has not been really doing any major updates to software, just change the size of it, and i am getting the s4 at the end of the week, im looking forward to seeing how the s4 runs and what apps i can download for it
