This change does absolutely nothing for me. I still can’t pass emissions.

Ppl who don't pass or know they're not going to pass simply pay a little bit extra under the table. So it really changes nothing.

This is so ridiculous. They should keep safety. Thats more important then emissions honestly. Im mostly salty cause I cant get my Mazda to pass emissions. But i think we at the finish line.

What a stupid law, half of the state still have to get emissions testing😂😂😂, and emissions testing facilities argue unsafe vehicles on the road, give me a break, do the safety inspection like the past. Check breaks, tires, lights and that is it. Is all about business. So emissions test require bit the state has done NOTHING to keep uninsured drivers of the road with this paper plates and Texas does not enforce it.

Now there’re going to be unsafe vehicles driving by unlicensed people.

Great...now all the POC vehicles with BAD TIRES will endanger the public driving on the roads that DO CARE...Watch out for the 'bad tint jobs' too...
