Frozen udon is actually pretty solid cuz while other noodles get soggy Udon noodles get soft and perfect and a lot of places already sell them frozen so it sounds like a great item to me

There’s udon package that only has seasoning and the udon. Kinda like instant ramen, but the udon has to be stored in the fridge. Just add water and seasoning along with your choice of fresh meat/veggies and it’s so good. It’s cheap too. You can ask people at your local Asian grocery store

I make the noodles into separate pieces with spicy seasoning corn and harbanero and my signature spicy dough next for the other noodles I added my sweet dough with strawberry sauce and fruit juice
