Monistat Chaffing Gel is also great to apply to your feet when you wear strappy sandals- prevents friction and makes your feet feel better!

I am a retired R.N. There are are some really good uses for the Monistat chafing gel. Any area of the skin that gets irritated from friction such as clothing can do when you are sweaty. Some women have large breasts that lay against the chest & cause redness & irritation. And I have to mention this because it works so well - if you have diarrhea so bad that it hurts down there, wash & dry the area well and apply with a glove or gauze. Do not retouch the tube while doing this. It really helps with the pain & irritation. Hope this doesn't gross anyone out.

These were great!  I knew about the Chafing Gel one (it is super effective for about 3 hours before my oiliness takes over, darn skin), but I didn't know about the other ones!  My beauty tip is taking two spoons and running them under super cold water, then sitting with them on your eyes for a few minutes.  It is a lifesaver during one of my allergy attacks.  It not only de-puffs my eyes, but it makes me feel more awake, and helps counteract any headache that may be coming.  I usually do it in the morning after I wake up.

I use lipstick for blush in a pinch. I've also used waterproof mascara on an angled brush to correct eyeliner on a very irritated watery eye when even the toughest eyeliner won't stay.

Tati, after this video I went and bought the Monistat for primer, and I love it. I have oily/acne combo skin and this stuff works. It seriously fills my pores in, and makes my face look smooth.  It has not broken me out a big +. Also, It works just as well as the smashbox light primer, in keeping my makeup on and shine free for most of the day. Thank you so much for this post!!

Thanks for these tips! These are the kind of tips I'm always searching for, not the old white eyeshadow on the corner of your eye kind of tip. Awesome job Tati!

I had a terrible acne when I was 19. People stopped me on the streets to recommend this or that. A 80+ yo friend who used to be a nurse told me that I should do like her dad (a doctor) did in the past: a blood shot. To make it short, she took blood from my arm vein and then immediately injected back intramuscularly on my buttock. 5 ml of blood once a week for five weeks. I saw great results overnight. I swear. It was barely painful. By the last shot, I had not one single pimple. Not one. No marks. My skin regenerated. That was my experience. I hope it helps. It doesn't help with policystic ovary acne because, if you don't get testosterone low, nothing will stop your acne, but it works on acne juvenile and so. Best wishes. Love you, Tati. Keep doing the WTF clips.

Hello Tati. Decided to go back to the video vault and found this. Loved the way you joked about every one of the tips. I did a little belly dancing and I loved using the Monistad as a primer. My makeup looked great and no meltdown while dancing under those lights. Thanx for all your amazing videos

Loved this! That deodorant trick would work great under your makeup for an outdoor wedding!

I have really oily skin, and as I can't find monistat i tried the anti-perserant underneath my primer (but over my moisturiser) and it worked! I have to say, it didn't fully stop the oil/sweat, however it did decrease it by 70-80%. Extremely happy with this tip!

Tati, I've used the deodorant on my face and it works like a charm!!! I was a maid of honor in my best friends wedding in Florida and I put the deodorant on underneath my foundation because I was desperately trying to not have a face full of sweat in her photos and to my complete shock, it WORKED!!! I'm definitely going to try the Monistat trick too because my Smashbox primer has dimethicone in it, which is why I love it so much. Thanks so much for these great tips!! I'm glad you did this video!!!!

I have always rinsed my hair with beer once a week and it works great! It makes your hair so soft, smooth, and gives it a beautiful glowing shine!!

Lube can also make a good primer. Hair spray as a setting spray. Over the counter Cortisone cream to calm pimples is also a quick fix.

Oh my goodness! I knew that monistat chafing gel would make an awesome primer! I was using my smashbox photo primer one day and was struck by how similar both these products are to each other in texture, feel and even smell, lol. Now I know if I ever run out of primer I have another option and it's way cheaper than the smashbox primer!

Love these tips! I found that after using the same moisturizeror conditioner 30 days in a row, it becomes ineffective. So every 30 days or so, I switch. For example, Organic oil olive spiked wirh organic caster oil, to coconut oil spiked with argan oil, to sweet almond oil spiked with neem oil. Then repeat. It works great! Sweet Almond oil helps your skin stay hydrated longer, studies show.
