I'd imagine he had a lean but fit build. Not overly huge but still toned. Just enough muscle to make that lion hungry.

He could have had big muscles but for sure he wasn't the only one having them in those times and still the others couldn't perform at that level so hence the curiosity of why he's level of strengtheness was unusual. In the times of David (and I'm sure not only) were men that could fight with wild animals they were called mighty warriors, and many of them are named in the book of Kings or Samuel (🤔). I'm sure they had muscles but their strength had limitations, unlike the Samson's.

That's your interpretation the spirit of the lord can move a person to gain strength, discipline, muscles. People see me and they wonder why I have the strength I have and they say genetics and all this other, I just thank God and pray I do his will and not fall for satans traps like Samson.

Samson himself believed a lie. He made his strength dependent on the hair not realizing his strength came from the Spirit.
He had to lose everything, his eye sight, his hair and his women to be in captivity before he called on God to give him the strength.
It makes me think of Dumbo who needed a feather to believe he could fly when I could fly all along.
Some people anchor their faith in things and circumstances and when those things change they lose their faith.
Once a person can find the way to anchor their faith in the knowledge of spirit and of God, nothing is impossible. Until then they may go through a lot of trials and may end up stripped of everything, but that is when people end up seeing God because there is nothing else that could explain why things are how they are.
Only someone who has experienced it will know. Other people will try to extract the secret, but it actually is not a secret.
God makes himself plain to those who seek him, but people want to seek him in things and other people who have the spirit instead of just asking for it themselves.
I go through this all of the time...if I tell them it's something God did...they will still try to reason it in some other way and it's so frustrating 😅.
I'll just keep my faith and my peace.
Jesus must have suffered a lot of frustrations on his own journey with even his disciples not understanding things until their eyes were opened after his death and at the day of Pentecost which is coming up lol but as with any day, it's just a day to remember. To a new believer whatever day or time they've recieved the spirit in their life...that day will be their own personal Pentecost.
I can't even remember my day, but I remember the circumstances and even at that time I had no idea what was actually happening to me 😅.
