When play was ready to resume again after the All-Star and Olympic breaks, the Washington Post stuck a headline onto its story on the Mystics creating a completely false impression that they could still, even with a 6-19 record somehow still make a final late run for a playoff spot, but now they're 6-22 and officially at the bottom of the entire WNBA with just the last remaining dozen games to be played, the Washington Post headline writer never should have been so misleadingly insulting to start with(lol).

Washington should look a lot better next year baring any more injuries. As for Seattle, getting Gabby back can help a lot. If Seattle’s defense can bend but not break like last game, they’re a darkhorse in the playoffs.

Don't shoot the messenger but the Mystics should have won the game. They had all of the momentum. Poor decision making from the point guard and missing easy layups. It's hard to watch the WNBA when they miss too many easy layups

I was going to start getting seriously worried here, that if they even lost THIS one, to one of the worst Teams in the League & making it all 3 in a Row Post the Olympics - that we would be in some serious trouble! I anticipate Gabby will be inserted into the Starting Line-up & i wonder who they will let go?? And Jordan may unfortunately go back to the Bench.

This was the funniest thing I heard all day "The Mystics sellout streak this season extends to 14 tonight against the Storm at 4, 200. All home games this year have been sold out." I think some High school games have more attendance than that. Some teams like the Aces as well have been saying they have sellout arenas yet the attendance for nightly games is about 7-8, 000 less than when the Fever visit I don't think they're being realistic with their numbers and if they are that's pretty pathetic. It's better to say nothing than to say you're selling out at 4200 ....
