It was a nice Game. We were in the arena with my daughters. Very competitive game. I thought the Washington Mystics were going to win it. The Seattle Storm did the magic to win it. Gabby scored in multiple occasions when it matters the most. That swing the chance of winning towards the Storm.

I got up & stood 2-Stepping for the entire 4th Q!!!! With about 2 M's left, & just after EDD hit the deuce & got the &1, i resigned myself that my STORM were going to lose this one. I prepared my script 4 their epitaph; that apparently they learned NOTHING from their horrific ball mishandling that cost them against LV! Deciding instead, to play Hot Potato with it!! And, that they had mostly forgotten that they were the Reg Seas Assist Leaders & ....

But that not ALL hope was lost .. just win the next game, regain the momentum, & then steal that finale in DC. Afterall, there is often much more pressure on the H-Team to win a Series finale ... so that might actually be to our Advantage?!!

And of course, we just have many weapons, its almost not fair!! Like when we pulled out our Hidden Jewel in the 4th! Cool as the Queen of The NILE - lazor focused & not 2B denied! It was just so AWESOME!! If i don't have a heart attack b4 hand, i can't hardly wait for Sunday's Game! GO

I was here. I popped when Gabby Williams stole that ball early in the game. She does so much in game. Hoping she’s not out too long while under concussion protocol. Seattle needs her defense.

Great game, Jewel always shines when it counts. IMO Mystics should have found a way to ride EDD all the way to the end - she was on FIRE down the stretch! Live and learn.

Sad that the highlights only have made shots—watching live, we had tons of steals and scrappy plays that were exciting to watch!

If you’re saying “This won’t be a good series.” You mistaken this for PHX-LV. You can flip a coin on this matchup and
there are not many disadvantages. They’re both good teams. Thanks to Loyd’s key buckets, Gabby being everywhere and Stewart being a scoring machine. It helped keep
EDD from having her own greatness in this game. EDD was on fire. Can’t wait for game 2.

Seattle wins the series, but it will be very close and contested like this game. The question though is if they win the series do they get past LV? They haven’t done well against them in their regular season matchups while Washington beat them every time they met. I know playoff basketball is different, but . . . I’m saying.
