You have gained my respect with this video the first two insurance companies you said were the first ones that I thought of and I looked at the title. I tried to job out last week and sent the invoice out and I am yet to hear back from the adjuster for Erie.

State Farm in GA has been a nightmare. For us and our customers. They have been absolutely rude to our customers

Interesting take on Farmers. We are a preferred vendor through CCA Global and have great relationships with the adjusters and always accommodate our needs as a contractor. I understand too however that may be our area and not as a whole. With that being said, we cannot stand Allstate, Travellers or StateFarm.

I have owned a restoration company for 25 years I’m independent and not beholden to any insurer. The tactics of driving a wedge between the customer and contractor are despicable but happen a lot. I think your advice is spot on with certain insurance companies you really need to get comfortable letting the customer know they need to pay you oftentimes these days I collect payment as the job progresses it gives you a lot of leverage against third party reviews.IMO third party claims reviews have no interest in fairly settling a claim they only want to cut your bill. An old saying is sometimes the best job you got was the one you didn’t take.As a restorer if you spend too much time on those negative situations it will sap your mental and physical energy and sour you. Especially when you know you did an excellent job only to have some idiot do a comparative estimate.

I'm fighting with Erie now. Over 90 days for a commercial loss. Cut my job from 23k to 10k after a 60 day review process

Can you please make a vetting questionnaire video for accepting jobs through 33 mile radius for customers? I have tons that actually need a plumber first and I am not sure how to navigate whether to go out and actually perform mitigation jobs.
