So cool you’re a body boarder. I’m from Hawaii and you’re too young to remember wooden paipo boards were what we used before boogie boards were developed. We made our own out of plywood and resin back in the day. A friend of mine’s husband long ago made the first boogie board prototype and we all thought he was nuts. He sold his design to some company back then (Man I’m dating myself haha).
