Thanks a lot for your effort, your video helped me build recent versions of GDAL finally... I was using v2.4.4 to avoid the proj7 dependencies and the rest of the stuff. As always, documentation is scattered, obscure, and practically nonexistant in some cases.

there's no such file as nmale.opt in my gdal folder

the version 3.6.3 compile method is diff, there is no nmake.opt file any more.

Thank you for providing a easy way to compile gdal in vs 2019.I'll try to accomplish it in VS code with mingw64.

I have done everything as you did and everything works perfectly. But when I run a programm I get the error "gdal302_d.dll cannot be found". The dll is inside the gdal-3.2.1 folder and I dont know what to do. Any ideas?
