I am finding that in order to get things to work I need to add:

Route::get('/testpage', function () {
return view('welcome');
});
Route::get('/accounts/test', function () {
return view('welcome');
});

to the main web.php file. But you are not doing that. Any suggestions as to where I went wrong?
