Ground attack aircraft or CAS planes can be very annoying to deal with as a tank in War Thunder. Even if you spawn an SPAA, the CAS player can trade with you fairly easily. That's why it's actual ideal to use artillery like the Type 99 SPH, which can annihilate aircraft with proximity fused HE.

I liked the Type 75 but I absolutely adore the Type 99. I've had so many absolutely insane carries with that thing. Especially since it gets L15A2 with nearly 15Kg of TNT equivalent. Not that puny OE F3 of the VIDAR with only 9Kg. The suspension dampening is really good and in combination with the fast gun elevation the gun feels like it has a stabilizer. Combined with it's decent mobility it's probably the best artillery vehicle in the game.

although it isn't a CAS killer, the venerable M3 GMC surely does pack a punch and allows you to delete things from existence. It behooves you to play such a great gremlin-esque vehicle (please sir pleeeease play the M3 GMC)

I love prox. The 2S3M is probably one of the best proxy tanks in the game because it's at a BR where you only see WW2 props, which are a lot slower and easier to track.
