As usual, the LAPD didn't end the chase. A Toyota Tacoma-driving citizen did, and used a nice truck to do so. He will get a warning not to get involved instead of a reward. Sad but true.

Thanks to that private citizen for showing police how to immobilize the vehicle-- when it moves, move up; it moves again, immediately move up again. Don't give him even an inch. Countless times I see the police cars stop a few feet away, giving the suspect all the room he needs to ram his way out over and over again.

Yeah, Buddy! Those interior door handles will confuse me every time. I can't tell you how many times I find myself at the market hanging out of my window, stuck, flashing my underwear because I just couldn't find the handle. 😂
