The cop not locking the cruiser in ‘park’ was funny, but the fact that everyone stopped looking at the suspect and started staring at the deputy was even funnier 😂

Police incompetency. As you can see, they are so negligence with their cruisers that they didn't even put the parking brake on before exiting the vehicle thus you can imagine how these officers leaving the vehicles with it still running unintended without much thought
