”I feel terrible. I don’t have any message to send, to say something. There are no words for those families who have lost their loved ones. It is simply irreplaceable. I am only sorry that there are not that many colleagues here. There is no reason for someone to be afraid, or not to be with us here. Children were killed, people were killed. It should not have happened. It happens, but it is human to say that we are sorry and that it is terrible.”

STORYLINE:
Police say a 13-year-old who opened fire at his school drew sketches of classrooms and made a list of people he intended to target.

He killed eight fellow students and a school guard before being arrested Wednesday.

The French Foreign Ministry says a girl with French citizenship was among those killed.

A father of a student at the school in central Belgrade says the shooter entered his daughter’s classroom, firing at her teacher and then her classmates as they ducked under their desks.

Senior police official Veselin Milic says the shooter drew sketches of classrooms and wrote a list of children he planned to “liquidate” in an attack he planned for a month.

Milic says the shooter, Kosta Kecmanovic, called police himself when the attack was over.

Every school should have a curriculum on school shootings classes to teach people to respect people not make fun of people bullying common things that leads to school shootings need to be avoided through education, they don't teach kids how respect, then the bullied kid goes crazy

Yea but what was those students found to him….I heard there was a group the ones he wrote down was the ones bullying him they didn’t deserve death at all but someone should’ve done sumthin to help him before it resulted in this horrific incident😢

I know what kid did is wrong and I am very sad for ur loss but why bully him fr I mean maybe the kid isn't that smart and am sure he knew the consequences but what he did is extra and both are at fault the shooter and the bullies
