Change is ok but 2020 was my favorite with legroom, spare tire, and speed on regular unleaded. Just add on to what you already had Honda

👍🏻👍🏻 It's a nice enough car. I think the excitement of the previous Accord is missing. Everything else Honda is know for seams to be there. As always, a top shelf video!!

12:57 Honda Rainsensing windshield wipers have to be turned on or left on before properly sensing rain. Doing so takes one click down on the stalk, and then the system will be active as you did after critiquing it's failure. Good video!

Why do you rip around in Sport mode, being so concerned about 0-60 times?? This is a HYBRID!!!. I want a hybrid for the gas mileage. I want the Touring for the luxury and the ride quality. I do not want to race anyone and try to beat you to 60mph. If that was my goal, I would buy a Tesla S Plaid.

The 2024 Accord Hybrid is a class act. Excellent review.

Honda is an engineering company that happens to make cars. I own a 10th gen and no other car feels as buttoned down around a corner.

Northern Illinois spring potholes will do a number on those tiny sidewall tires.

Great review, and you get extra props from me because you paid attention in school and you you realize that there is no "s" in the word "anyway" and there is no "x" in the word "especially". All people had to do was listen to what their English teachers were saying to them.

Why not just put on gloves in the winter for the steering wheel! We’ve gotten spoiled. Would have been helpful to hear a sample of the Bose system. Do you really need a spare tire?! Most people use road service. Can’t remember last timeI got a flat, maybe a slow leak is more common. Looking forward to a road test this spring. Content with my Acura TL 2003 so far but definitely time to sell it. Thanks. Yeah, I do have hood struts but even those had to be replaced once as the hood would creep downward.

Honda has been heading in the wrong direction since COVID. Cutting corners wherever they can. No-homelink, even on the touring model without having to pay extra. No vents in the back for many trim levels. no spare tire. No AWD option. No SiriusXM, No heated steering wheel option. No Panosunroof. and it continues. As a prior Honda fanboy I am so disappointed, and this does not even address the tame/lame new 11th gen design. Toyota on the other hand, with the new 2025 Camry, is knocking it out of the park: Much more powerful engine, AWD available, Homelink available, heated steering wheel available, spare tire provide, has SiriusXM, has a Panosunroof, vents for the rear seats. Not to mention, a really cool new exterior and interior design. Toyota continues to move forward, while Honda is moving backwards. I really wanted the 11th gen Accord, as I have owned 3 accords in the past and currently drive a 2020 Accord. So disappointed Honda!!!

Just bought the EXL but so disappointing they removed the Homelink button. Also troubling there’s no spare tire. Also crazy it doesn’t have Sirius XM.
3 downgrades from my 2020 Accord.

I still can't get over them removing the SiriusXM but I love this car

Great review. Mildly disappointing that the highest trim doesn't have heated steering wheel, but still a good car

It will surprise many, but the Accord not mid-sized. It is classified as a large car by the EPA (116 ft^3 passenger + 17 ft^3 cargo=123 ft^3), and has been since 2018. In that era, Toyota's Camry (100+15=115) and Avalon (103+16=119) are Mid-sized. And the new Crown is almost compact (98+13=111).

But the reason I'm commenting is because (14:30) there is no "hybrid assist" and you aren't "passing 3000 rpm." It is a electric car that, at least for acceleration, is driven entirely by an electric motor. The engine is driving a generator, and the generator plus battery are providing the juice. And it would accelerate faster, and get better mileage, if Honda hadn't caved in to the pistonheads who demanded the fake shifts.

I acquired about this exact car. But being from Buffalo., these tires are the " worst " for our winters & you have to get different tires & rims.
