You can purchase a kill a watt meter for less than $30. That will let you know exactly how much electricity you are using. Based on what you have running I would expect that you are only spending a few dollars a month on that tank though. The problem is that you need a significantly larger tank. I think Oscars should have at least a 75 gallon. A 125 would be much better though. Good luck with your journey.
