To have an impact top u need to play safe scalers or split pushers to have consistent impact. Something like: Jax, fiora, Kayle, trynda, akshan, Camille, ornn. It's also very matchup based, some champs have kits that you can't play around as certain champs.

As a top main who stays chill for about 90% (10%salt) of the games I almost feel like Buddha 😂

I feel it on the loss streak. I had the best few weeks on league then out of nowhere the matchmaking said, “oh, I see you having fun as you win some lose some. HERE’S 12 games of losses because of the worst reject teammates online. You can’t even play the game properly they’re so bad. Enjoy!”

Maybe you should just pick one role at time. Top lane has a lot to do with wave management, other lanes like mid it's much simpler. Also for someone that is coming from jungle I do think it's the furthest role from jungle.
I do think suport is the closest to jg, then comes mid, third adc and the last one is toplane.
