I used rapid grass Bermuda to start a new lawn. It only grew in one spot. It's been 2 weeks. Should I apply the grass seed again? Do I need a soil improver first since some spots have clay soil?

Hello! I just applied triple action "kill, prevent, feed" about 4 weeks ago. I had spots in my lawn that i just patched in with sod. I now need a product to put down to start growing grass. I moved into a new home that they put sod down in october so some spots are needing some fill in. Will this help or should I use a product like Thick'r lawn or turf builder grass seed? What are the differences between this product advertised and Thick'r lawn and turf builder? @scotts
