3 Free mp4 converter
4 Add files c/program file (x86)/steam/ steamapps/yourusername/teamfortress2/ tf/ video file/ then open
5 convert

1 open console (you can enable console in your game options) type record and then the name of the video you are recording [CHAT BOX IS NOT YOUR CONSOLE]
2 when you are done type stop in console and disconnect from the server
3 type "host_framerate 30"
4 type "startmovie videoname h264"
5 type "playdemo videoname" it'll be slow because it will render each individual frame
6 when its done type "endmovie" and it will be in your "tf" file in your steam file
