Hey Chris,
Good informative video.
Have collected a few pieces of DCF over the years including a Zpacks tarp and the Zpacks Duplex tent. Great material although as you mentioned definitely expensive! It also repairs well. I had my tarp rip a bit (my fault) and the DCF tape I carried with patched it up straight away and haven’t had a problem since.

Hi Chris. I have just purchased the same bag. I have also purchased a pack from 3F UL Gear which is a Chinese company. The pack is a Yue 45+10 UL Backpack. I got the UHMWPE one but it doesn't seem to be on their website anymore. It was a cheaper option than products like the zpacks product. It weighs in at 837 g with an aluminum frame and is rated to carry 22kg. I'm yet to test it out but it seems like a pretty good product. Thanks for the great review. I look forward to seeing what other DCF products you purchase.

Hi Chris I have a similar idea to your self with regard to buying something small to try out. I actually have the same bag as you I figured I can try it out and it seems to be stronger then a similar sil nylon bag. I have only used it once but I am quite happy with it so much so that I bought the same bag for my wife. Also good to be able to buy from a small Aussie company. Thanks for the video 😊
