What's the fastest way to go up a Onestack?

Edit: Actually, Sprinting & timed is about 4 seconds faster than said in the video. Sorry for that mistake.

I wondered what the best method to get up an Onestack would be. Here is my little speedtest!

play more hypixel! I would reccomend "The Bridge" in duels, its the most close to stickmlg

If ur in something like bedwars or skywars etc, you can repeatedly block ur sword while going up and if u time the blocks right you can go up without hitting any blocks
