Rogozin is a very emotional guy and what he said in this situation is his personal reaction on sanctions. What you need to know he's not the person who make final decision on any serious questions. So, he may say many wild things but none of them will be happen unless Putin agree with them (and in this case I believe Putin won't since it would picture him as a small revengefull person in the eyes of russians which isn't what he wants). So, don't worry, your guy will be back home the way he supposed to be

This is nonsesnse. Putin warned that the US sanctions MAY make it difficult for Russia to keep the space station in a safe orbit, it is responsible for positioning. This was NOT a threat, it was a concern.
