This will be a great start of uncovering the mystery of this mysterious mound! As a Christian myself, I did believe the Great Flood happened. And so far, the dimensions of the mound match up perfectly with the dimensions of the Ark, the marine deposits and human activity date back to 3500 to 5000 years ago. Although this truly intriguing to believers and ordinary people alike, skeptics require more: human tools, Ark framing, and evidence of petrified wood. Thankfully, this is a shallow study, and I hope we can achieve more discovery as we study the site.

Fasold and the team states that the ground penetration radar revealed a regular internal formation and measured the length of the formation as 538 ft (164 m), close to the 300 cubits or 515 ft (157 m) of the Noah's Ark in the Bible, if the royal Ancient Egyptian cubit of 20.62 in (52.4 cm) is used.

My 2 cents. A world destroying flood with such savagery that only 8 people survived in a pre-constructed floating barn. When the waters receded the materials used for the ark would be used for the needs of the survivors. Sure they would live out of their ship for awhile but as the survivors had children and their numbers grew it would be dismantled for it's building material. It is unlikely the wood lasted more than a few hundred years at most. Is this the remains of Noah's ark? = I don't know.
